Hello everyone, For over a year now we've been working on a mod manager to replace the ailing Nexus Mod Manager. The premise was simple, attempt to combine the simplicity of the Nexus Mod A small NPC overhaul mod. The VFS used by Mod Organizer (originally designed by Tannin, Lead Vortex Developer) has been heavily customised to work with Gamebryo (Bethesda's Elder Scrolls and Fallout series) games and popular tools for that modding scene. Mod Organizer 2 developers are also working to improve their mod manager for Oblivion, but bugs are still being reported by testers. Adds animations to the enchants on weapons. I would also not recommend Mod Organizer with Oblivion if you're unfamiliar with it, just stick with WB and OBMM as your mod managers.
